GhostfaceAI is an AI-powered mobile application that transforms user-provided photos into horror movie-style images featuring Ghostface aesthetics. The service includes:
The App offers a free version with limited image generations. No account creation is required for basic functionality.
Premium subscriptions provide unlimited image generations and additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
The App requires access to your device's camera and photo gallery to function. You grant us permission to access, process, and temporarily store photos you choose to transform.
You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing the transformation service.
You own the transformed images created by the App. However, you acknowledge that similar transformations may be created for other users using similar AI processes.

The App, including its AI technology, design, features, and functionality, is owned by GhostfaceAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Ghostface character and related imagery are used under fair use for transformative purposes. We do not claim ownership of the Ghostface intellectual property.
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
While we use advanced AI technology, we do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of transformed images. Results may vary based on photo quality and other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostfaceAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GhostfaceAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
